How far in advance should I book my event?
As soon as you know your date, you should contact us. Our bookings are on a first come, first serve basis.
How long can I have the center for?
Rental has blocks of : 4 Hours; 6 Hours; 8 Hours
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes! Tables, chairs and their setup is included in the base price we give you (based on the number of people you are having). Table linen, chair covers and sashes are an option, but extra.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes you can, and caterers are welcome. The only kitchen that we have is a prep style kitchen. No cooking can be done here. Upon rental, we need to know that you would like access to the kitchen.
Is alcohol permitted?
Yes it is, but upon signing your rental contract you will be required to sign a waiver for alcohol.
Can I have my own DJ?
Yes you can but they need to be willing to turn music down if needed; there are houses located around CPOCC.
Can I have my own decorator?
Yes, but the decorator needs to contact and coordinate with us before the event. Must be coordinated with Venue.
When is my payment due?
A $250 nonrefundable deposit is due the day you sign your contract. Everything remaining must be paid 30 days in advance of your date. If it is not, you will lose your reservation.
